New Horizon was officially established from April 2007 by a team staff with wide work experience of the leading Vietnamese companies at that time.

At that moment, NEW HORIZON had launched a series of applications which combined Ideas, Solutions and Technology, and was also the top digital mapping service in those days (1650km.com project: the project of building information port on all locations from North to South regions of the country and being the groundwork for the integrating the other web services to the digital map. Nowadays, NEW HORIZON has restructured and directed our business to enlarge some new necessary services for our customer’s enterprises.
